Iran International Exhibitions Company (IIEC)
Iran International Exhibitions Company (IIEC) is the largest and the leading organizer of international and specialized exhibitions in iran with its offices located at Tehran permanent fair ground. Its proximity to a network of highways and shopping centers has turned it into a booming exhibition and conference center. IIEC has been a member of UFI since 1976.

Venue
Tehran permanent fair ground has a total area of 1,240,000 sq.m with 120,000 sq.m of indoors and 45,000 sq.m of open exhibition space. Due to its easy access by the trading companies of the neighbouring countries including the Central Asian Republics this venue enjoys a special significance in the region.

Goals
IIEC holds over 110 international and specialized exhibitions annually in Iran and abroad with a variety of economic and industrial thems. IIEC,s wide range of activities has given it a highly influential and effective marketing potentials in the region.

Organization
IIEC is affiliated to the Iranian Ministry of Commerce. Its policies are drawn by a general assembly chaired by the Minister of Commerce other members of the general assembly include: the Minister of Economy and Financial Affairs, President of Export Promotion Center of Iran , Chairman of the Chamber of Cooperatives.

Exhibition Services
All necessary exhibition services are provided to domestic and foreign participants . These services include banking , communication , insurance , transportation , visa, travel and hotel , reservations , marketing and advertisement, and printing and publication of catalogues and posters. Fully equipped stands as well as conference rooms equipped with modern facilities are also available.

Meanwhile, In order to establish an effective communicational bridge between domestic manufacturers and industrial companies and merchandise and the other international organizations, and also improve and expand FARS province commercial and economical potencies and develop the briskness of shopping market in the west south of Iran by the hand, and also in order to introduce FARS province potential abilities and capabilities, FIEC was established in 1995 & founded in 50 hectors site in the west of Shiraz, to hold and expose different general and specialized, International and public exhibitions in various Industrial, Mineral, Medical, Agricultural, etc.,in different courses of production, supplies and services.
The main objective of FIEC exhibitions is to provide a showcase for pavilion potencies in the large Iranian opening markets as well as the ex-soviet and Arab neighboring countries.
Up to now, over 30 fairs which are successfully exposed and highly entertained by visitors, is the result of FIEC efforts. In those exhibitions pavilions could introduce themselves and present their up to date productions & activities and they also could show and provide the latest services they could provide, and they could find new customers.
Fars International Exhibitions Company is about to extend its fair's space and facilities, and it wants to develop the services that can provide for both pavilions and visitors.
Meanwhile we are about to found few projects on new hall and stand buildings and open nonstop "Fars province abilities and capabilities" Fair in FIEC permanent fair land.
Also founding some other accommodations like hotels, living apartment, entertainment and game saloons, Fars souvenir selling center, and other related facilities, are the other cases of ideas we are investigation & overhaul.
If God willing, in new future the conditions are so that addition to holding public and international exhibitions, it goes for foreign countries to be able to use these facilities and accommodations effectively in order to hold their specialized or general international fairs in Shiraz, individually or along with FIEC Fairs, in a first class equipped services.

In the above men5tioned objectives, FIEC is seeking for the following corporations, giving the mentions accredits & privileges.
FIEC will organize & make all coordination & will provide all the needed assistance & facilities for foreign wants to share.
Our main policy is to appreciate and welcome the purposes, and invest-back is guaranteed.
1. Any common contraction cooperation between FIEC & international exhibition centers and/or merchandise –traders and manufacturers which are residence in south Persian Gulf Arab countries in order to open a nonstop permanent fair of Iranian products in their major crowed cities, individually and/or within their fair land.
2.Opening Iranian big stores or shopping center or commercial agencies or representatives, these trading centers can be as an exhibitioner show-stores or representative for Iranian production units in abroad of Iran.
3.Active presence foreign participation of manufacturers and traders companies in FIEC specialized exhibitions.
FIEC will organize & make all coordination & will provide all the needed assistance & facilities for foreign can be volunteer.
4.Absorbing investments for sharing in our projects and financially attraction is another of our demand. We are seeking for cooperation.
Regarding to some external suggestion to share us in our future projects. We are about to study the financial proposals.
5.Due to the huge volume of the activities and extend and development we are about to execute, any investment proposal are considered and welcome.
Priority is belonging to suggestions are coming during 3 months coming, and highest amount of suggestions.
In new above-mentioned constructions, investor has got the right to share FIEC in the patent of exposing fairs and exploitation of each different part of exhibitions and related beneficiaries, revenues & profits, for along time.
* Real or law investor can construct his own section in a full plan, income will belong to him/them for along time due to the approval and/or adeqating the amount of investment *
