Diet for soul, just try and see the result

1-Take meals at fixed times and avoid eating other than the specified times except tea or earthen pot water or tea without milk..Proper meal times are 8 am,2 pm and 8pm.
2-Pray more and more namaz .This gives strength to body and soul.And increases resistance power to hinder us from eating more and more food and stops the tendency towards depression which makes the human life lazy,slow and ugly.Namaz provide more oxygen to our body,burns calories and provides strength and many more benefits.
3-Atleast once a day feel hard pangs of hunger.At these moments resist eating food till meal time.Power comes after resisting pain.
4-Weekly watch the body weight with proper weighing machine.
5-For dinner please prefer little fruit with toast or piece of bread equal to the weight of the toast.
6-Have meals in small deep bowls.Please avoid eating in big falt plates.
7-Avoid eating all kinds of sweets,cold drinks and ice creams.To satiate the desire for sweets have some dates,kishmish,badam and dry figs.Please avoid bakery items as much as you can because it is destructive for your tooth also as told by dentist.
8-If you have consumed extra calories to relish your favourite food and regret for it.Then please stand to pray more and more namaz,intead of feeling regrets.As namaz gives heart and soul peace .And burn those extra calories too..
9-To distract from eating at odd hours and seeing the colourful snacks and dish ,say Bismillahir Rahman nir Raheem
and thank Allah you are leaving this food in the love of Allah.Surely Allah will help you in your determination.
10-The first and foremost thing above all is ,no second helping while enjoying your daily meals or eating the snacks which are a taboo for your weight..
11-Allah helps those who gives every moment to God.The love and aim towards Allah gives satisfaction and relaxation.
12-This is not the end,it is a beginning towards self and soul building for the peace of one and all.Fasting is vajib for us ,how to regulate our desire for food.
