Crimes of Abdul-Aziz Aal-e Saud

Compiled By: Syed Ali Shahbaz
On November 9, 1953 AD, Abdul-Aziz Aal-e Saud, whom the British installed as King of the artificial country they created for him named Saudi Arabia, died at the age of 73. Born in Najd in a Wahhabi clan, he was a salaried servant of the British crown for destabilizing Turkish rule in Arabia, and usurped power from the Aal-e Rashid Dynasty.
When he invaded the Hejaz and ousted the prime British agent, Sharif Hussein, after massacring tens of thousands of Muslims in the holy cities of Mecca and Medina, in addition to occupying parts of Yemen in the south and seizing the oil-rich lands of Shi’ite Muslim tribal chiefs in the eastern part of the Arabian Peninsula bordering the Persian Gulf, the British formally decided to gift him a kingdom in 1932.
His most criminal act was the blasphemous destruction of the sacred cemeteries of Jannat al-Mu’alla in Mecca that housed the holy tombs of family members of Prophet Mohammad (SAWA), and of Jannat al-Baqie in Medina that housed the holy shrines of Four of the Twelve Infallible Imams of the Prophet’s Ahl al-Bayt – Imam Hasan Mujtaba (AS), Imam Zain al-Abedin (AS), Imam Mohammad Baqer (AS) and Imam Ja’far Sadeq (AS).

Seizure of Islam's holiest site, the Masjid al-Haraam by the heretical Wahabbis in 1979
On 1st of the Islamic month of Moharam in 1400 AH, (December 1979) some 300 men, led by Juhaiman al-Otaiba seized Islam's holiest site, the Masjid al-Haraam or Sacred Mosque around the holy Ka'ba in Mecca as part of their uprising against the British-created Saudi dynasty. The Wahhabi minority regime refused to listen to the demands for reforms by the group and after besieging them for two weeks in the Masjid al-Haraam, it sacrilegiously stormed this holiest site with the assistance of non-Muslim French troops, resulting in a great bloodbath around the holy Ka'ba. At least 244 people were massacred. The captured were never brought before public or given a fair trial. Over a year-and-a-half later, 36 more people were beheaded by the Saudi regime.

Martyrdom of 423 Iranian Hajj Pilgrims in Makkah by the heretical Wahabbi Saudi Regime
On 6th of the Islamic month of Zil-Hijjah in 1407 AH, 423 Hajj pilgrims from Iran and other countries, while observing the divine ritual of disavowal of disbelievers, were martyred by Saudi forces, on the orders of Interior Minister, Nayef bin Abdul-Aziz. The Hajj pilgrims observe this ritual every year on the basis of the opening ayahs of Surah Towbah of the Holy Qur'an, where God commands the believers to declare their disavowal of disbelievers (Bara'at min al-Mushrikin).
During this ritual, Hajj pilgrims call on Muslims to close ranks and announce their resentment toward the archenemies of Islam, especially the US and the illegal Zionist entity. The inspiration behind revival of this Islamic practice was indeed the Father of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khomeini (RA). The present Leader of Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, also believes that implementation of this ceremony leads to awakening of Muslims and is a sign of their dignity.
